
Thinking of Postgrad Study in 2012-13?
NUI Maynooth held its annual Postgraduate Open Evening, on the 13th March 2012. The Open Evening was held in Pugin Hall, on the South Campus in NUI Maynooth from 4-8pm.
EXHIBITION AREA IN PUGIN HALL:
The Postgraduate Open Evening was an opportunity to meet academic staff and to discuss the range of Postgraduate study options available. NUI Maynooth currently offers more than 130 postgraduate options, including Certificates, Masters, Diplomas and Research programmes, with both full and part-time opportunities, and applications are now open for September 2012-13 entry.
TAUGHT MASTERS & RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIPS LAUNCHED:
Taught Masters Bursaries and the John and Pat Hume Research Scholarships for new PhD students were announced at the Open Evening. Further information is available on this website or by contacting graduatestudies@nuim.ie

Information sessions on How to Apply and Funding Opportunities were run parallel to the exhibition throughout the Evening.The presentations from the Open Evening are now available:

PARKING
Parking on The North Campus is FREE after 5pm, then it is a short walk to the South Campus, following signs to the Postgraduate Open Evening. There is a student at the front entrance to the South Campus ready to give you parking advice and assistance. Before 5pm, there are pay and display car parks on the North Campus and around the town centre. Please note that where you see pay and display machines and signage please read the parking restrictions carefully. It is important to pay and display to avoid clamping. The first hour of parking on the North Campus costs one euro. In addition, there is a car park next to the Maynooth train station costing 1 euro per hour and then it is a short walk from there into the South Campus.
