John and Pat Hume Annual Reports for 2012-13 academic year (updated May 2013)
All John and Pat Hume Scholars are required to submit an annual progress report for each year of their funding (including their final year of funding). Reports are reviewed and monitored for satisfactory progress. Where progress is considered satisfactory, funding for the following academic year is approved - subject to the terms and conditions.
This report is due on 30th June each year. In 2013, the Scholars are asked to submit by 5pm on Monday, 1st July, to Graduate Studies Office, John Hume Building, 3rd Floor. The report is due in hard copy.
1. Hume scholars pursuing structured PhD programme:
Please submit a copy of your Annual Progress Review Form and attach the following additional information in an appendix:
This information should be between 1000 - 1500 words.
The Annual Progress Review Form is available for downloading from Graduate School - Current Students webpages.
Note: If some of the above items are addressed in your departmental Annual Progress Review Form, there is no need to duplicate the information in the appendix.
2. Hume scholars who started their PhD before 2010 and are not pursuing a structured programme:
Please use the "Hume Progress Report Cover Sheet" which can be downloaded from our website. The file also includes information about the required content of the report.
